Managing Director

 Our services can be classified in the following areas: Financial management, Marketing management, human resource management and administrative management.

Rikus Jordaan

Financial Manager

Our consultation fees amount to R2 500 per person, where a deposit of 50% (R1 250) is payable when booking. Deposit is not redeemable after one week prior to date of training. We will generate sufficient income to meet operating payments, debt commitments and, where applicable, to allow for growth, while maintaining service levels. We will produce sufficient inflow of resources to at least balance all operating costs, strategic outflows and forecasted risks to achieve the strategic plans and expectations.

Franco Benadé

Marketing Manager

We believe that marketing is the most important part of any business; without marketing people will not be aware of your product. We as BS Consulting use a variety of ways to advertise our product. You will be able to find us on social media and you can read our blog for any promotions we might offer. You will be able to find our advertisements in magazines, on radio, as well as on television.

Brendan du Plessis

Human Resource Manager

We will make use of a web based appointment scheduler to help minimize time spent on scheduling. Time management practices can prove useful to someone who needs a little extra organization when it comes to his or her work and the scheduling of appointments.

We will use 3 steps to create a performance culture.

Step 1: Establish a common understanding of culture and metrics for it.

Step 2: Focus on the few changes that matter most. 

Step 3: Integrate culture change efforts with business improvement initiatives.

Nareanka Lombaard

Administrative Manager

I am responsible for all documents that go through the company. I get all of my documents from the other managers and then file it all so that the business can be managed in an orderly manner. Integration with the other managers is a very important part of my job. I initiate, coordinate and dictate systems. I also complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules and monitoring results.
I provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. I improve program and service quality by updating procedures and evaluating system results with users.
