An company can not decide on a strategic process if it can not identify its internal components. When an business can identify what it can do and what it wants to do, the company can decide on a strategic process and start a plan.
The internal environmental analysis is best done by the SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis is broken up into four sections, where S is for strengths, W for weaknesses, O for opportunities and T for threats. The internal analysis only uses strengths and weaknesses to determine your business's internal environment.

There are three methods available to do a internal environmental analysis for your business:
1. Resource-based point of view
2.The value chain analysis
3. Functions of the business
If you are in the dark about your business's internal environmental analysis, please feel free to call for an appointment so that you can get out of this dilemma.
